I will have two park models for rent come June 1, 2020, over 55, year round, retirement park . Each unit has a bed and furniture. If not needed the furniture can be removed.

Each unit has a shed and private parking. There is a swamp cooler and AC unit in each unit. The park is on well water, has nice trees and mature cactus.
The park is across the street from BLM land. Small quiet, well behaved pets are allowed, limit 2 pets. Each unit can be fenced for your pup(s).
Rent $375-$425.00 a month plus electric. $150.00 Electric deposit. $100.00 cleaning deposit. One year lease.
Water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. There is a laundry room and picnic area and an area for a garden.
